Fifteen members of the Hobart College hockey team were named to the 2020-21 New England Hockey Conference All-Academic team. The Statesmen have had double-digit honorees every year since the 2009-10 season.
To be eligible for all-academic recognition, a student must carry a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average and have completed one full year at his institution.
The following Statesmen earned a spot on the all-academic team:
- Junior Blake Coffey, economics major
- Junior Joe Halstrom, economics major
- Sophomore Felix Lamoureux, economics major
- Junior Liam Lascelle, economics major
- Senior Andrew Longo, economics and history major
- Senior Ryan Lynch, economics major
- Junior PA Martineau, economics major
- Senior Garrett McGowan, economics and mathematics major
- Senior Alec Robitaille, biochemistry major
- Senior Phil Satin, economics major
- Senior Travis Schneider, psychology major
- Senior TJ Schultz, economics and history major
- Junior Dan Sliney, architectural studies and environmental studies major
- Senior Mitchell Spring, economics major
- Junior Zach Tyson, history major
Longo, Lynch, Robitaille, Schneider, Schult and Spring earned all-academic recognition for the third year in a row. Coffey, Halstrom, Martineau, McGowan and Sliney garnered the award for the second straight year.
While Hobart did not have a formal 2020-21 season, the Statesmen did play three exhibition games in March. Hobart went 3-0-0, outscoring its opponents 10-2.
