The Nassau county peewee cubs won the Columbus Day tournament in Wallingford Ct. After winning the two first games in bracket play, the cubs lost to the New Hyde park ice cats, their rival in the LIAHL. . With both teams securing a spot in the finals, a rematch took place which saw the cubs winning 3-1.
