BILL GRAY’S REGIONAL ICEPLEX PARTNERS WITH
‘WARM HEARTS, WARM BODIES’ CHARITY

Warm Hearts, Warm Bodies was created one year ago by Colin Kosmicki, a seven year old hockey player from Rochester.  While out with his mother one winter morning, Colin noticed a child outside without a coat.  He took it upon himself to create the charitable effort and made a clarge donation the Open Door Mission last Christmas Eve.  In it’s second year, the effort has grown substantially and is now well known in the Rochester hockey community.

“I’m very proud of him and his thoughtfulness,” said Maureen Kosmicki, Colin’s mother.  “It’s also amazing to me how folks are willing to pitch in and help this little new charity.   The goal is to keep shelters supplied with warm coats, hats, gloves all winter long.”

Colin’s advise for kids – “”Help your moms clean out the closets at your house.  Someone will use what you don’t need anymore.  Have a warm heart with me!”
