The Buffalo Sabres today announced that the annual Buffalo Sabres Golf Tournament will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Wanakah Country Club in Hamburg, N.Y. Registration for the tournament will begin at 9:30 a.m. with an 11:30 a.m. shotgun start.
For the seventh consecutive year, fans will have an opportunity to play a round of golf with a member of the Buffalo Sabres, Sabres Alumni or a Sabres broadcast personality. Each foursome that registers for the event will be joined by a celebrity golfer for an 18-hole, scramble-format round of golf. An on-course lunch will be provided for all golfers, with an open bar and clam bake following the tournament.
