– Freshman forward Kevin Shier (Toronto, Ontario) has left the Union College men’s hockey team, head coach Rick Bennett announced today.
“We appreciate Kevin’s contributions this season and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors,” said Bennett.
Shier (pronounced: SHY-er) appeared in 13 games, compiling two assists. He was honored with the New York State Conspicuous Service Medal prior to theNov. 15 home game against Princeton.
