BINGHAMTON, N.Y. – The Binghamton Senators have announced they have partnered with New York’s 529 College Savings Plan to offer the B-Sens Junior Reporter Program.
The B-Sens’ Jr. Reporter program offers local students ages 8-12 the opportunity to interview the B-Sens’ head coach, Luke Richardson, as well as a B-Sens player, just like a news reporter. Winners, who will be chosen monthly (December through March), will each receive their very own B-Sens jersey, the chance to watch the teams warm-up from the penalty box and four tickets to the game where their interview with the player will air on the video board during the game.
Parents and kids can visit bsens.formstack.com/forms/2015_bsens_ny529_jr_reporter to fill out an application to show why they should be the next B-Sens’ Jr. Reporter.
Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or someone with a special child in your life, New York’s 529 College Savings Program Direct Plan can make saving for your child’s future easier. To learn more visit www.nysaves.org.
