BUFFALO, N.Y. (January 22, 2016) — The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team will host an SPCA Adopt-a-Pet event on Monday, Feb. 8 from 5 to 7 p.m. The event, which will take place at the SPCA Serving Erie County in Tonawanda, will feature appearances by Sabres players.
The first 50 people who adopt a pet on Monday, Feb. 8 will receive a pair of tickets to the Feb. 14 Sabres game against the Colorado Avalanche.
“We’ve known for a long time that people can find the love of their lives at the SPCA,” said Gina Browning, SPCA Serving Erie County director of public relations. “Sometimes our animals just need a little help finding that perfect match, and we couldn’t have asked for better matchmakers than the Buffalo Sabres! The organization is scoring big for SPCA animals this Valentine’s Day with the goal of finding them forever love!”
SPCA Serving Erie County located at 205 Ensminger Rd. Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150. For more information on the event, please visit https://www.yourspca.org/pucker-up-buffalo-sabres-adoption-event.
