UTICA, NY- The Utica College women’s hockey team remains in the “receiving votes” category of both national polls, released Monday.
UC picked up nine points in this week’s D3hockey.com poll, just three points behind tenth ranked University of St. Thomas. The Pioneers also received three votes in the USCHO.com poll after sweeping Neumann University last weekend.
Utica is now 13-5-1 overall and the Pioneers are currently third in the ECAC West Conference standings, one point behind nationally ranked No. 2 Elmira College.
