HAMDEN, CT —The Union College women’s ice hockey fell 9-0 to No. 4/4 Quinnipiac on Friday evening.
Kathryn Davis had five blocked shots in the game. Brandy Streeter and Courtney Turner pushed three away each. Netminder’s Leah Patrick and Melissa Black stopped 17 and 19 saves, respectively.
Quinnipiac’s Taylar Cianfarano tallied four goals and an assist on 10 shots. Nicole Conery posted two goals and an assist, while Nicole Kosta had a goal and three assists. Goaltender Sydney Rossman made 13 saves in her 14th shutout of the season.
The Dutchwomen take on Princeton in the season finale at 4 p.m., in Princeton, NJ.
