St. Louis Blues Reassign Defenseman Jake Walman To Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, NY – The St. Louis Blues announced today that the club has reassigned defenseman Jake Walman to the Binghamton Devils.

Walman, 21, has 13 points (two goals, 11 assists) in 40 games this season with the American Hockey League’s Chicago Wolves. Last season, Walman appeared in seven games with the Wolves following his three-year career at Providence College.

The Toronto, Ontario native had 21 goals and 48 assists in 101 career games at Providence College and captured the NCAA Championship with the Friars in 2014-15.

Walman was a 2014 third-round draft pick (82nd overall) by the Blues.

The Binghamton Devils return home this Friday night against the rival Belleville Senators and Saturday against the Rochester Americans at 7:05 p.m. Fans can skate with the Devils following the game on Saturday.
