Murrumburrah will come alive this September, as the fourth annual Masterclass Photo Weekends at Murrumburrah take place.
Over the weekends 3-5 September and 10-12 September, passionate photographers from around the state will arrive in Harden-Murrumburrah to learn from two of the best photo educators in Australia – Robin Nichols and Alex Cowley (Australian Landscape Photographer of the Year winner over several years).
The Murrumburrah Photo Weekends are targeted at budding photographers of all levels, with a number of night events also being held during the week between.
Enthusiasts can learn how to get impressive, colourful results shooting in very low lights using their tripod during the night photography workshop; learn about composition and landscapes as they shoot some of the most scenic countryside in NSW on the Landscapes and Panoramas fieldtrip. September is Canola season, so the entire area will be swathed in brilliant hues of yellow canola and purple Patterson’s Curse. Before heading off on Sunday afternoon, participants will partake in some hands on, interactive workshops.
The Murrumburrah weekend includes all meals, coffee and tea, accommodation, all-day bus transport, printing materials, models, tuition, comprehensive notes and more.
Bookings are strictly limited.
Note: Weeknight 2.5 hour workshops are also available at $35 per person from the 6th-9th September
