Brayden Garofalo is a very special kid doing some very special things! Brayden started collecting pucks in July 2018 after watching his Dad (Dave Garofalo / NewEdge Hockey Managing Partner) fund raise in the Empire State Ride to benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Dave Raised an amazing $8000.00 and the entire event raised over $600,000.00! Brayden decided that he was going to sell the pucks he collected around the rink for $1 each in order to raise money to fund cancer research!
Brayden created “Puck Cancer” stamped pucks and sells the pucks with all proceeds donated directly to Roswell Park Cancer Institute per Brayden’s request! He has also started selling “Puck Cancer” blankets. Brayden has raised over $500 for cancer research and he plans to continue to raise money.
