– Binghamton stays in the Atlantic Division on Saturday night to face Bridgeport for the second time this season. Another team that’s caught some fire in the last ten games, the Sound Tigers 7-3-0-0 in their last ten games and have a home record of 6-3-0-0. When scoring first, Bridgeport has yet to lose in regulation (5-0-2-0).
Sunday, December 4, 2016 @ Albany Devils
– Binghamton and Albany lock up again this Sunday for a 3 p.m. faceoff inside Times Union Center. After the Devils took the series opener against the B-Sens in a shootout, Binghamton responded at home with a 6-3 win over Albany on November 18. That game saw the Senators score four goals in the first period, including three goals on their first four shots of the game. The Devils sit atop the North Division with a record of 12-6-0-0 for 24 points.

HAMMOND’S NICE RETURN – Andrew Hammond joined the Binghamton Senators after clearing waivers and was awarded the start on Wednesday against the high-scoring Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Hammond earned one of the game’s three stars after stopping all but one shot in a 1-0 loss.
B-SENS STRIKE SHORTHANDED – The B-Sens scored their first shorthanded goal of the season during Saturday night’s eventual loss to the visiting Syracuse Crunch. As the second period was coming to a close, Phil Varone’s shot that was stopped was put in by the trailing Flanagan with under two seconds remaining in the period.
