HAMILTON – Junior forwards Kyle Baun and Tyson Spink were both named Third-Team All-League, ECAC Hockey officials announced on Friday.

The honors are the first all-conference accolades for both players.

A native of Wiliamstown, Ont., Spink appeared in all 22 conference games for the Raiders in 2014-15 and led the team in scoring with 17 points on a team-best eight goals and nine assists. He capped the regular season with a five-game point-scoring streak that saw him register eight points (4 G/4 A) in helping the Raiders finish the regular season on a five-game unbeaten streak and earn a bye in the first round of the ECAC Hockey playoffs.

Baun, meanwhile, finished second on the team in scoring during league play as the Toronto, Ont., product chipped in 16 points on seven goals and nine assists in 22 ECAC Hockey contests. Like Spink, Baun also finished the regular season playing some of his best hockey of the season, tallying points in each of the final four games to help the Raiders earn a first-round bye in the ECAC Hockey playoffs.

Fourth-seeded Colgate continues its quest for the Whitelaw Cup later today as it faces second-seeded St. Lawrence in the ECAC Hockey Semifinals at 1980 Rink – Herb Brooks Arena in Lake Placid.
