The Buffalo Regals Junior Program which participates in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League will conduct their 2nd Tryout Mini Camp on June 21st and 23rd at the Holiday Twin Rinks in Cheektowaga.
The Buffalo Regals Junior Program is committed to providing players opportunities to advance to higher levels of play. Players will be challenged both on and off ice, through a highly competitive schedule, intense on ice skill development and a regimented off-ice training program and classroom sessions.
Tryout times will be 5pm on June 21st and 5:30pm on June 23rd. Both sessions are an hour and a half in duration. Tryout fee is $20 per session.
The team will participate in a 50 game schedule in the highly competitive GOJHL, a top Canadian League. One of the many advantages of the GOJHL is travel, most games are under 1.5 hrs from our home rink allowing players the opportunity for a good hockey/life balance. Home games will be played at Buffalo State College on Tuesday Nights. On average the team will play three (3) games per week. All practices will also be held at Buffalo State College where the team will have a private dressing room. In addition to the on ice sessions the team will participate in 2-3 off-ice sessions per week along with video review throughout the season.
