BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Sabres announced the team has launched Club Sabres, a new smartphone application designed to engage young Sabres fans in an innovative way.
The application, which was created by JBF Sports™, features built-in parental security to provide a safe platform for young fans to interact and learn about the Sabres. Users can create a fantasy team, build their own Sabres-themed avatar, answer trivia, check statistics and more.
“As an organization, we’re constantly looking for new ways to connect with our fans, and Club Sabres allows us to do so while also providing a secure platform for them to enjoy,” Sabres director of marketing John Durbin said. “JBF Sports™ has been a great partner on this project, and we hope our fans enjoy the application as much as we do.”
Club Sabres is a free application and is available for download now in the Apple App Store, Google Play and at www.clubsabres.com.
Just Be Friends™ is an interactive, social education platform that helps families and children connect — with each other and with their community through specialized websites. The company’s sports arm, JBF Sports™, provides a fun, safe environment for sports fans of all ages to engage in exciting activities and check the latest scores.
