GLENDALE, ARIZONA – Arizona Coyotes General Manager John Chayka announced today that the Coyotes have signed forward Chris Mueller to a one-year, two-way contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The 30-year-old Mueller registered 20-37-57 and 50 PIM in 63 games with the San Diego Gulls (AHL) last season.
The 5-foot-11, 210-pound native of West Seneca, NY added 4-7-11 and six PIM in nine postseason games. Mueller has totaled 3-7-10 and eight PIM in 53 career NHL games with the N.Y. Rangers, Dallas Stars and Nashville Predators.
