BINGHAMTON, N.Y. – The Binghamton Senators announced today that forward Cody Ceci has been
reassigned by the club’s National Hockey League affiliate Ottawa Senators from the Owen Sound Attack of
the Ontario Hockey League to Binghamton.
The 6-3, 215-pound defenseman was Ottawa’s first-round pick (15th overall) in the 2012 National Hockey
League Entry Draft. The Orleans, Ont. native recently finished his fourth full season in the OHL when his
Owen Sound Attack were defeated four games to two by the Plymouth Whalers in a Western Conference
Seminfinal playoff series that ended April 14
Ceci, 19, appeared in 69 total OHL games this season split between the Ottawa 67’s and Sound scoring a
career-high 19 goals, 45 assists and 64 points. In 265 career games, he has recorded 49 goals, 121
assists and 170 points. He has also earned three goals and 27 assists in 46 playoff games.
