Elmira’s Crocker Earns NEHC Player of the Week

MARSHFIELD, Mass. – The New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) announced its weekly awards for games played through Sunday, November 7. Elmira College teammates Emma Crocker ’21 (Abington, Mass.) and Leonie-Louise Kuehberger ’25 (Hingham, Mass.) earned Player and Goaltender of the Week honors respectively. Liz Kramp (Farmington Hills, Mich.) of UMass Boston was named Rookie of the Week.

In two games, the 5th year helped lead the Soaring Eagles to a pair of NEHC wins over Salem State & Southern Maine. On Friday, Crocker scored a pair of goals including the game-winner against Salem State. She followed that performance by scoring a pair of goals on Saturday
against Southern Maine.
 
Crocker is set to play in her 100th career game as a Soaring Eagle within the next few weeks. In her career, Crocker has scored 53 goals, eclipsing the 50-goal career mark on Friday against Salem State.
