BINGHAMTON, NY. – The Ottawa Senators have recalled defenseman Andreas Englund and forward Buddy Robinson from the Binghamton Senators. In addition, Ottawa has reassigned forward Max McCormick to the B-Sens.
Englund, 20, has been recalled to the NHL for the first time in his career after being drafted by Ottawa in the second round (40th overall) in the 2014 NHL Draft. This season, the native of Sweden has one goal and four assists in 18 games with the B-Sens.
Robinson, 25, has played three NHL games for Ottawa and recorded one goal and one assist. In 18 games for the B-Sens this season, the Bellmawr, N.J. native has three goals and four assists.
McCormick returns to Binghamton and has appeared in five games this season for Ottawa. In 25 total NHL games with the Senators in the past two seasons, McCormick has two goals and two assists. The forward has four points in 12 games with the B-Sens this year.
