BUFFALO, NY — Mike Kruze scored his second goal of the game, this one in OT, to lead the Fredonia Blue Devils to a 6-5 win over the Erie Community College Kats Saturday night at HarborCenter.
The lead changed several times during the game, which saw ECC with a 5-3 lead mid-way through the third period.
Tyler McTigue also scored two for Fredonia, while Donald Battista and Tom Corrao added singles for the winners.
Scoring for the Kats was Joshua Dake, Sean Goodspeed, Mitchel Wartinger, Alex Suchan and Anthony Cybulski.
ECC is now 1-1 on the season. Their next game will be on October 22 at Cornell.
