Iroquois 2 T-NT 0
The Iroquois Chiefs junior varsity team competed against the always tough Tonawanda junior varsity team Sunday night and ended up victorious 2-0. The evening tilt at Hyde Park was hard fought with both teams playing aggressive enough to win. Fortunately for the junior Chiefs the hard work in front of the net paid off. Scoring first was Hitch Edwards on strong plays below the goaline from Josh Harris and Sam Rider. Scoring the second goal of the night was Pierce Green with assists from Tim McCormick and Dylan Giancarlo. Defensively Owen Feeley and Cameron Giancarlo helped control the play and aid in the shutout effort. Goalie Nathan Efstation recorded his second shutout of the year frustrating the T-NT opponent numerous times. Currently the Chiefs record stands at 3-3-2.

Iroquois 0 Hamburg 2
Playing a main rival the JV Chiefs lost in disappointing fashion to the Hamburg Bulldogs 2-0. The Bulldogs scored on two broken plays which in the end proved to be the deciding factor. In the game Matt Majeski was a standout stymieing numerous Hamburg chances in goal. Leading the way offensively for the Chiefs was Sam Rundquist and Dylan Schiffhauer. Defensively Anthony Morganti and Michael McGrath were a solid pair throughout the night. Currently the Chiefs record stands at 3-4-2.
