Jack Capuano:
On Greiss: He made some great saves. We had a couple of break downs and then the penalty shot obviously. It was an exciting hockey game. We knew it was gonna come down to the end. Fortunately, we got the bonce on the power play, by the guy who, a month ago, that was in the American Hockey League.

On Florida: They are a good team. I thought this game could have gone either way. I thought Thomas Greiss really stood tall for us tonight.

On the game-winner: I thought we were due. We had some good looks and good chances. It was a quick shot, a heavy shot.(Nikolay Kulemin) was in front on the net, and you’re just hoping you get a bounce.

On Quine: You watch video and you see his habits. You see his speed and tenacity he brings. I think anyone who plays with (Kyle Okposo) and (John Tavares) is going to be able to hunt pucks down. I like that he’s a reserved guy, he’s a confident guy. He’s not nervous and he’s playing like he should be. I like his speed and deception.

On Sunday: It’s all about out fans and the atmosphere that’s going to be in that building. We have to feed off our crowd. We have to come out and play a simple first 10 minutes. I think the guys know exactly how we have to play. It’s a situation where we aren’t gonna say too much as coaches. Let them play in the team concept and close them out if we can.
Thomas Greiss:
On the OT Penalty shot: I was surprised they called it but you just always try to have the same game plan on a penalty shot.

On the game: It’s one of those games where puck just finds you. In the last couple of games the puck just bounced in.

On the Penalty Shot: Every goalie is used to those situations… (My heart rate) was the same as during the game.

Alan Quine:
On his GWG: (Marek) Zidlicky made a nice feed over to me and I was just trying to get it on net. I heard post and then I saw the guys celebrating.
On the overtimes: “That was the longest game I’ve played, but the guys showed that we can battle through games like that. It was fun being in the dog pile. It was worth it.

On the game-winner: “It’s a lot of adrenaline. You want to be the one who scores, every guy wanted to score and help us move on and go back home up 3-2. Everyone knew they had to dig deep and we did.”
