Cornerstone CFCU Arena is proud to collaborate with eleven other area agencies and businesses to present Lockport Spokes to the community. Lockport Spokes is an after-school program for youth in 7th-12th grade.
Starting September 20th, students are welcome to come to the arena from 3-6pm to spend time with other youth, work out in the training center with Coach Dorian Polk, ice skate, attend group activities from agencies like Youth Mentoring Services, WNY Girl Scouts, Cornell Cooperative Ext and more.
Strategic games will be offered by Casual Dragon Games. A comic book club will be hosted by Pulp 716. The cost is $5 per week and includes daily snack and beverage for each participant.
Additional Spokes offerings will take place at The Historic Palace Theatre, The Salvation Army and The Challenger Learning Center. Detailed information will be forth coming. This is a drop-in program with no obligations.
Our goal is to provide a safe after-school alternative for the youth in our community while providing opportunities to try new things.
