PURCHASE, N.Y. — Members of the Manhattanville College Ice Hockey teams helped the Toughman Triathlon prepare for next weekend’s Croton Point Park race.
The Men’s and Women’s Hockey teams assisted in stuffing athlete bags for next weekened’s triathlon, which several Manhattanville teams will be working as well. The teams broke a record by getting all the bags stuffed in the fastest time in all of the years that Manhattanville athletics have helped.
In addition to providing a strenuous physical test, the Toughman Triathlon also helps to support several different local charities all year long. This year’s racers and volunteers have helped raise more that $110,000 for 31 charities.
