The Massena High School Boys Hockey Team hold a benefit for the Wounded Warrior Project, Warriors in Transition Unit, and the Ft. Drum Sled Hockey Team on Friday evening (Feb. 1).
Massena wore custom-made camouflage jerseys created by MAC Sports Ltd. The soldiers dropped the ceremonial puck, shook hands with the Massena and competitors, Potsdam teams.
Massena won the game 3-0; but it was a bigger win for the soldiers.
On Saturday The WWP-WTU, FD Sled Team traveled to Skaneateles to play the Syracuse and Albany Sled Teams, Albany won 1-0.
