Last month, I had the opportunity to listen to Loral Langemeier, Founder/CEO of Live Out Loud and a New York Times Best-Selling author, at a Wealth Creation Weekend held in Sydney. Langemeier’s claim to fame is creating millionaires. Being her first time presenting to an Australian audience, I was impressed with her ‘straight to the point’ attitude, insight and advice. For example, if you are in business and you want to create revenue, ask for money at least twenty times a day. Makes sense! Sometimes we need successful people to remind us of the obvious.
Australians will be able to experience her ‘Cash Machine Workshop’ first hand in Sydney July 31st to August 2nd. Langemeier’s approach is for new entrepreneurs to learn how to run a business first, based on something they already understand and know how to do. Once they have the experience and the money, then they can move on to the business of their dreams.
Langemeier believes that everyone has a choice in their financial decisions and that anyone can learn to act, think and make money the way the wealthy do—and have for generations. Owning cash-producing business ventures is a key component to personal and financial wealth. Unlike typical wealth-building approaches, her Cash Machine concept shows how anyone can ‘learn to earn,’ when it comes to business and entrepreneurship, the single biggest source of wealth in many countries. Participants will discover how to capitalise on their skills and passions and generate cash, build the foundation to sustain a viable business, which in turn will create and support wealth for a lifetime – hence a “Cash Machine”.
Langemeier is the best-selling author of The Millionaire Maker, the Millionaire Maker’s Guide to Wealth Cycle Investing, and the Millionaire Maker’s Guide to Creating a Cash Machine for Life. Additionally, she is also a weekly guest columnist on Gather.com and for TheStreet.com—an in-depth financial analysis and news website co-founded by CNBC “Mad Money” host, Jim Cramer. She’s been featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal and New York Times as well as CNN, Fox News, and ABCNews.com, Forbes.com, and BusinessWeek.com .
