MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The Morrisville State Women’s Ice Hockey Team skated to a scoreless tie in the final game of their Colonial Hockey Conference series at SUNY Canton on Saturday afternoon.
The Mustangs could not find the back of the net, despite pelting the Roos’ keeper with 32 shots on goal.
On the flip side, Morrisville’s defense recorded their third shutout of the season. Renee Schmaltz (Beaumont, Alberta) recorded 21 saves in the net for Morrisville.
Morrisville will make their official home debut on Friday, November 20 against Daniel Webster. The first faceoff is scheduled for 7 PM.
