With the 2021 NCAA Division I Men’s Ice Hockey Championship getting underway this weekend NY Hockey OnLine took a look at the rosters of the participating teams to see if there were any New York State-born players playing.
Not surprising we found that seven of the 16 competing teams had at least one NYS-born player on their roster. They include the following;

BOSTON UNIVERSITY – Domenick Fensoro, Thornwood, NY; Case McCarthy, Clarence Center, NY; David Farrance, Victor, NY; Luke Tuch, Baldwinsville, NY; Robert Mastrosimone, East Islip, NY; Max Kaufman, Pittsford, NY.
AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL – Blake Bennett, Grand Island, NY.
BOSTON COLLEGE – Marshall Warren, Laurel Hollow, NY; Eamon Powell, Marcellus, NY; Nikita Nesterenko, Brooklyn, NY; Danny Weight, Lattingtown, NY.
