Throughout the 12 sessions, the players will work on skills needed to excel at the game of hockey such as; crisp tape to tape passing, indirect passing, shooting and scoring techniques, zone entry tactics, cycling, net drives, escapes, 2nd layer attacks, forechecking tactics, net front play, active stick play, lane clogging, shot blocking, and much more. These skills and systems are used at the highest levels of the game and the most advanced coaches look for players that demonstrate these skills and understand these systems.
The High Performance Hockey Training is led by NewEdge Owner and Professional Hockey Trainer Rob Sedia. If you would like to find out how to register for the High Performance Clinics, please email Rob Sedia at [email protected]
