On Tuesday June 18th, Madison Square Garden hosted a New York City Harbor Cruise for subscribers from the Madison Club and other premium offerings. The subscribers and their guests were treated to dinner and drinks on the World Yacht Rendevous 1, which departed from Pier 81 and headed down the Hudson River. The cruise included great views of New York and New Jersey skylines and a visit to the Statue of Liberty before circling Governor’s Island and returning to dock.

The subscribers were joined on board by Rangers alumni Jeff BeukeboomRod Gilbert and Steve Vickers, spanning four decades of Rangers hockey.

“We went on a harbor cruise following my wedding to celebrate,” said Gilbert. “The views here are unbelievable and many of us New Yorkers take it for granted. It is great to come out here on the water and have a nice evening with the Rangers fans, see some sights and learn some history as well.”

Subscribers and their guests had the opportunity to do their sightseeing side by side with the Rangers alumni and chat with their favorite Rangers about all things hockey and New York. After a couple hours at sea, the Rendevous 1 returned to port and the alumni wished the subscribers well and looked forward to seeing them at games in the fall next season.
