ROCHESTER, NY – Sophomore goaltender Logan Drackett (Calgary, Alberta/Calgary Canucks) of the RIT men’s hockey team, was named Atlantic Hockey Goaltender of the Week on Tuesday, for the week ending Nov. 11, 2018. It is Drackett’s second weekly honor of the season and fourth of his collegiate career.
Drackett made 53 saves on 56 shots in two home wins over American International last weekend. On Friday, he was named first star, stopping 32 of 33 shots in a 2-1 win. Saturday, Drackett made 21 saves in a 5-2 victory. He has appeared in all nine games for RIT this season and is 5-3-1 with a 2.19 goals against average and a .926 save percentage.
