BUFFALO, N.Y. (December 11, 2015) — The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team will again provide fans a chance to do some holiday shopping while supporting the Buffalo Sabres Foundation with the return of the annual autographed light-up ornament surprise.
With a $20 donation, fans will receive a light-up holiday ornament autographed by a Buffalo Sabres player. The ornaments will be on sale in the 100 Level pavilion when the Sabres face the Los Angeles Kings at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12. All proceeds will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.
Starting at 5 p.m., the Sabres’ wives and girlfriends will begin selling the ornaments at tables on both wings of the First Niagara Center 100 Level pavilion. The ornaments will be sold gift-wrapped, keeping the player who autographed each one a surprise. The tables will remain open while supplies last.
