Last U.S. Stop of My Why Tour Slated for Dec. 20 in St. Paul, Minn.

MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo.  Kendall Coyne Schofield (Palos Heights, Ill.) and Savannah Harmon (Downers Grove, Ill.) both netted their first goal of the My Why Tour as the U.S. Women’s National Team fell to Canada, 3-2, in overtime here tonight in the sixth matchup of the My Why Tour, presented by Toyota.

“I thought it was another typical game of this rivalry,” said Joel Johnson (White Bear Lake, Minn.), head coach of the 2021-22 U.S. Women’s National Team. “Obviously disappointing when you can’t find your way to the winning side. It was a little messy in the first from both sides and the second period felt long. The third I could notice our players were playing with more passion and heart, not to take away from their first and second period, but overall, I was pretty pleased with how we played.”
