SCHENECTADY, NY – Union College Athletics, in conjunction with Empire Broadcasting Corporation and The Van Dyck Restaurant & Lounge in Schenectady, presents “Union College Hockey Coach’s Corner LIVE from The Van Dyck” is back on Tuesday, January 5 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The program is broadcast live on The Union Dutchmen Radio Network, NBC Sports Sporty 1240 AM (WPTR) and live on the web at www.TEAMLINE.cc, Team Code 1160. NBC Sports Sporty 1240 AM broadcasts all Union men’s ice hockey games during the 2015-16 season and all games are on TEAMLINE as well.
From October 21 through March 15, twice a month (except in the months of October and December), Union College head men’s ice hockey coach Rick Bennett or assistants and players will be joined by the “Voice of Union Hockey,” Matt Dubrey, for a talk show format that will be broadcast live from The Van Dyck Restaurant & Lounge, 237 Union Street in Schenectady. Fans in attendance will be eligible for live free raffle drawings and specials and must be present to win. There are a total of 10 shows.
Once again this year, raffle prizes will include Union men’s ice hockey game tickets, a special giveaway item from The Van Dyck, a Mohawk Honda gift pack, and Proctors also provides free tickets to shows for raffle winners in attendance at The Van Dyck.
