USA U18s Defeat Finland, 8-1, In U18 Five Nations Tournament Opener

SUNDSVALL, Sweden — Seven different players scored goals for the U.S. National Under-18 Team in its 8-1 victory against Finland in the opening game of the 2017 Under-18 Five Nations Tournament on Wednesday afternoon at the Sundsvall Energi Arena.

The U18s recorded a season high 58 shots on goal while allowing just 21 shots from Finland. Grant Mismash (Edina, Minn.) tallied two goals while Quinn Hughes (Orlando, Fla.) and Scott Reedy (Prior Lake, Minn.) recorded three points each. Dylan St. Cyr (Northville, Mich.) made 21 saves to pick up his fourth international victory this season.
