BY RANDY SCHULTZ –
About 10 days ago I had the opportunity to witness a 15U hockey exhibition game at the Cornerstone Hockey Arena in Lockport, NY between the Clarence Wolves and ROCO, a team from the Rochester Coalition.
At one point in the contest ROCO was ahead by two goals. But the feisty Clarence team fought back, tied the game, and in the third period, took the lead for good, winning the game 4-3.
It was a highly entertaining game for both fans and parents.
Just a personal thought: if you are a fan of the game of hockey, it might be worth the effort to take in a youth hockey game. You just might find it as entertaining as pro hockey.
